Listing your restaurant

TableTransfers is a hospitality-focused for-sale marketplace. Listings reach a buyer audience of operators, family offices, investment funds, and HNW individuals — and are read alongside our editorial coverage.

What we need to publish

  • Title and one-paragraph description
  • One or more photos (we’ll help if you don’t have any)
  • Region, city, cuisine, seat count, lease information
  • Trailing twelve months revenue and EBITDA (or trailing six if newer)
  • Reason for sale (optional but it raises buyer confidence)

Submit the listing form at /marketplace/list-your-restaurant (link forthcoming when the form ships).

Cost

  • Basic listing: $299/month
  • Promoted listing: $799/month — featured on the marketplace homepage and included in the weekly Bottom Line digest
  • Concierge sell: 1.5% of transaction value, paid at closing. We do the broker introduction, coordinate diligence, and run the process. Available only for listings $500k+.

What to expect

Most listings see initial buyer interest within 7–14 days. We do not allow listings that lack basic financial disclosure.
