Express interest

Every listing has an Express interest button. Clicking it routes a message to the seller — and to our marketplace operations team if the listing is on the Concierge plan.

For Member + Marketplace Concierge subscribers, we’ll set up an intro call with the seller within five business days. For Member-tier subscribers, the seller (or their broker) reaches out directly.

Diligence

We don’t host financial documents on TableTransfers. Diligence happens directly between buyer and seller, typically through a virtual data room set up by the seller’s broker or accountant.

Brokerage

TableTransfers is not a licensed broker in any jurisdiction. For deals that require a licensed broker, we introduce you to a partner brokerage in the relevant market. Our partner brokers have agreed to a transparent commission schedule we publish at /marketplace/partners (link forthcoming).

Process timing

Most deals on the marketplace close in 90–180 days from express-interest to closing. Outliers in either direction are common.
