Billing, refunds, and invoices

Billing

All billing is handled through Stripe. Sign in and visit Account → Billing to:

• View past invoices and download them as PDF
• Update your payment method
• Update your billing address (important for VAT in the EU and UK)
• Change your billing cycle from monthly to annual or vice versa

Refunds

For refund requests, email support@tabletransfers.com. Existing subscriptions retain the refund terms that applied when they were purchased, including any applicable pro-rated refund for an accidental annual renewal. Editorial articles are free to read and do not require a paid membership.

VAT and tax receipts

EU and UK readers can download VAT-compliant invoices directly from the Billing page. For US users we issue 1099s for reader-funded payouts (referrals, etc.) where applicable.

Failed payments

If a charge fails, we’ll email you and pause your subscription after the third failed attempt. You won’t lose any account state — sign in and update the payment method to resume.
