TableTransfers is hiring a Community Manager to run our private operator community (Slack + Discord), our comments system, and our reader feedback loops. You will be the operator-facing voice of the publication outside the writing. Strong fit for someone with hospitality industry experience who has run a community before.

Responsibilities:
- Run the paid-subscriber Slack/Discord
- Moderate comments across all articles
- Surface reader feedback to editorial and product
- Run the monthly subscriber AMA series
- Build and maintain the rules of engagement for the community
Requirements:
- 3+ years running an active online community
- Strong written communication, warm and direct
- Familiarity with hospitality industry context
- Comfort moderating difficult conversations
- Experience with Slack / Discord administration
