Founding Designer (Editorial + Marketplace)
TableTransfers is hiring a founding designer to own the visual system of our editorial product and the marketplace. You will set typographic standards, illustration direction, layout systems for long-form pieces, and the visual identity of every listing page. We are not looking for a designer who wants to ship templates. We are looking for a designer whose taste matches the seriousness of the operators we write for.

Responsibilities:
- Own the visual system: typography, color, layout, illustration direction
- Design key editorial layouts (Vibe Check, Operator playbooks, Bottom Line)
- Design and iterate on marketplace listing pages
- Direct external illustrators and art direction work
- Set the bar for design quality across the company
Requirements:
- 5+ years designing for editorial, marketplace, or media products
- Strong taste demonstrated in portfolio
- Comfort with Figma, design systems, and design tokens
- Demonstrated ability to direct illustrators or other designers
- Excellent written communication about design decisions
