Events Producer
TableTransfers is hiring an Events Producer to build out our events calendar. You will own logistics for quarterly invite-only operator dinners in NYC, LA, Miami, and London — and lead production on the launch of TableTransfers Live, our annual hospitality+AI conference. This is a small-team role with enormous surface area. You will be the operator behind every TableTransfers event.

Responsibilities:
- Produce four quarterly operator dinners (~50 attendees each)
- Lead venue scouting, vendor management, and on-site delivery
- Plan and produce TableTransfers Live (the annual conference) starting in year two
- Manage event sponsorship fulfillment with the Revenue team
- Maintain the events calendar and post-event follow-up
Requirements:
- 4+ years producing events for B2B media, conferences, or hospitality
- Demonstrated ability to deliver under tight timelines and budgets
- Excellent vendor management and contract literacy
- Strong written communication
- Willingness to travel ~30% of the year
