TableTransfers is hiring a Research Analyst to support The Bottom Line column and the marketplace. You will build the data infrastructure that surfaces deal intelligence — comparable transactions, valuation multiples, market trend datasets. You will work directly with the M&A Editor and the founder. This is a career-making first analyst seat at a media company that is becoming the source of truth for hospitality deal data.

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain our hospitality M&A transaction database
- Run valuation comparable analyses for Bottom Line stories
- Support the AI valuation tool with model tuning data
- Produce weekly deal-flow internal briefings
- Develop sources at brokerages, lenders, and accounting firms
Requirements:
- 2+ years in restaurant private equity, M&A advisory, or sell-side research
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets fluency; SQL is a plus
- Familiarity with hospitality industry financial structures
- Excellent written communication
- High intellectual curiosity and source-development instinct
