Director of Advertising
TableTransfers is hiring a Director of Advertising to build and lead our advertising business. You will set the rate card, design the sponsorship products, and grow our annual ad revenue from a few founding sponsors into a meaningful business line. You will report to the founder and partner closely with editorial on the church/state firewall.

Salary: $130,000 - $170,000 + commission

Responsibilities:
- Set the rate card and sponsorship product strategy
- Personally manage the top 20 advertiser relationships
- Hire and lead the sales team over the next 24 months
- Partner with editorial on every native and sponsored placement
- Forecast revenue and build the annual plan
Requirements:
- 7+ years in B2B media advertising leadership
- Demonstrated track record growing an advertising line of business
- Comfort with media ethics and editorial firewalls
- Strong analytical fluency
- Excellent written communication
